Inside Ledger provides cloud-based accounting software including invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and related business management tools.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. We offer a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period, you will be charged according to your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

6. Data Ownership

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked, and you may export your data within 30 days of cancellation.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Inside Ledger for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Using the service to transmit viruses or malicious code
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Using the service for fraudulent activities

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

Inside Ledger, its design, features, and functionality are owned by Gizmofacts LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without explicit written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Inside Ledger and Gizmofacts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gizmofacts LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Inside Ledger or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction of Gizmofacts LLC's principal place of business.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
